How the photo upload works
After you pick a piece, you upload a photo of your pet on the next screen. Best results come from a well-lit photo where the pet is the main subject and their face is clearly visible. Our team reviews every photo within 24 hours. If the photo will not work well on the piece you picked (too small, too dark, awkward angle), we email you and ask for a different one before printing anything.
No surprises. No "we printed it and it looks weird" emails. You see a digital proof of how the final piece will look, sign off, then we print it.
Returns on personalized items
Because each piece is made for one specific pet, custom memorabilia is not eligible for "changed my mind" returns. It is eligible for full refund or replacement if there is a print defect, damage in transit, or our team approved a proof that did not match what you received. Email support@thepawroom.shop with photos within 7 days of delivery and we will fix it.
This is the trade. We make something only for you and your pet. You commit to the design at the proof stage. That is the only way the math works for a piece this personalized at a price that makes sense.
Gifting
Most of these end up as gifts. To pet parents from family. To pet parents from themselves. To pet parents who just lost their pet, when nobody knows what to send.
At checkout, leave the gift note blank if you want a clean package, or add a message and we will print it on a small card that ships with the order. We do not include a price slip in any package by default.
