30-Day Return Policy

 

We want you to love your LumenRig setup. If you're not completely happy with your order, you can request a return or replacement within 30 days of delivery.

 

How to start a return: Email us at beartalkllc@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and we'll walk you through the next steps.

 

Conditions:

 

Items should be in their original condition and packaging.

 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Damaged or wrong items: If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 30 days with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
