Our 30-Day Happy-Glow Guarantee

If you're not in love with your Emberly lamp, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a refund or exchange.

How it works

Email beartalkllc@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions within 1 business day.

Condition

Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.

Damaged, wrong, or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — or doesn't arrive at all — email us right away and we'll make it right at no cost to you, including a free replacement or full refund.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For any error or damage on our end, we cover it entirely.
